  • Familiarization with important reporting responsibilities unique to nonprofit organizations (i.e., endowments, pledges, etc.)

Linda Moder - O|Miga

Linda is the Director Operations at O|Miga. With more than twenty years of finance and accounting experience in various roles and industries, Linda leads the O|Miga team in providing excellent quality service to the clients.


She holds a BA in Mathematics and an MBA in Finance, both from St. Louis University, and is a licensed CPA.


An avid volunteer, Linda can be found spending weekends working for a good cause.

Her passions include a good “challenge”, the great outdoors, and a good book!

Dan Sills - O|Miga

Linda Moder - O|Miga

Dan Sills has been in the financial industry for most of his life, and is a former employee of Bank of America. Currently, he's is a Principal at Omiga, Inc. This firm, which is headquartered in St. Louis, with a recent branch opening in Santa Fe, NM, provides critical, professional back-office services, utilizing best in class on-line services including Accounting and Financial Reporting, HR and Payroll, Key Document Management and Retention, and Strategic Consulting.


Dan has a passion for working with non-profits and has offered his OMiga services to St. Louis based non-profits who continue to use his services.


Credentials: Bachelor’s Degree University of Notre Dame/Accounting and Science
