1) How group interaction is the foundation for community building - from volunteer committees and boards to staff teams and professional collaborations 

2) Ways to facilitate successful group dynamics and decision making

3) How to provide the opportunity to create connections, build trust, and deepen commitments

4) How to manage conflict and inspire change

5)How to honor the needs and expectations of participants while remaining focused on purpose and impact.
